Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Khmelnytskyi Oblast

The Regional Center for Free Secondary Legal Aid in Khmelnytskyi Oblast (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is the territorial branch of the Coordination Center for Legal Aid in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast. The activity of the Center extends to the territory of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast. The Center is a non-profit organization, enjoys the rights of a legal entity, has its own letterhead, a seal with its name. In its activities, the Center is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Free Legal Aid", other laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, decrees of the Ministry of Justice, other normative legal acts, orders of the Coordination Center, as well as the provisions of the Center, which approved by the Order of the Coordination Center of October 09, 2018 #47.
