Act-On Software was formerly known as On-Demand Software and changed its name in June 2006. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Portland, Oregon. It has additional offices in Roseville and San Mateo, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Chicago, Illinois; Burlington, Massachusetts; Bengaluru, India; and Reading, United Kingdom.
