Description
Public Joint Stock Company “Ukrtransnafta” was created in 2001 on the basis of State-Owned Joint Stock Company «Main Pipelines «Druzhba» and State-Owned Joint Stock Company «Prydniprovski Main Pipelines” (which are the Company’s branches at present) for the purpose of optimizing the operation of Ukraine’s oil transportation system and implementing a uniform policy in this field. In 2007, a branch styled “Pivdenni Main Pipelines” were created within the Company by a resolution of the Shareholders of Open Joint Stock Company “Ukrtransnafta” dated August 10, 2007.
