METINVEST AVDIIVKA COKE PLANT

PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY «AVDIIVKA COKE PLANT» (PJSC «AVDIIVKA COKE») IS THE LARGEST HI-TECHNOLOGY COKE PLANT IN EUROPE. IT OCCUPIES THE TERRITORY OVER 340 HECTARES, COMPRISES 84 KM OF INNER PLANT’S RAILROADS. 30 types of coke and chemical products are manufactured at the plant, basic type of which is blast furnace coke for iron and steel industry. In general structure of production of PJSC «AVDIIVKA COKE» the part of coke products exceeds 90%. Plant production mix differs in high quality and can be used as raw material and as the finished goods for other industries. The coke products of the plant are realized at the Ukrainian market, the coke products are supplied both to the domestic market and exported to many countries of the world - Russia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Turkey, Egypt etc. At PJSC «AVDIIVKA COKE» the scale investment program is realized, it concerns the technical re-equipment of the plant according to the requirements of international environmental standards. More than 4 thousand people work at «Avdiivka Coke Plant». PJSC «AVDIIVKA COKE» is included in Metinvest Group — international vertical -integrated mining and smelting group of companies. The production capacities of Metinvest enterprises allow not only fully satisfy own demands in raw material and semi-finished goods but also cover the requirements of considerable part of Ukrainian and European enterprises, besides Asian iron and steel industry.
