NEC “Ukrenergo” is an energy company with the functions of operational-technological management of the United Energy System of Ukraine (OES) and transmission of electricity by main electric networks from generation to regional electric networks of energy supply companies (oblenergo). The Company includes 8 energy systems covering the entire territory of Ukraine, and the team has more than 8 thousand employees *. Our staff serves unique high-tech equipment of 137 ** ultra-high voltage substations of 220-750 kV with a total installed capacity of more than 78.8 thousand MVA and more than 21.3 thousand km of main and interstate 220-750 kV ultra-high voltage power lines. The main electric networks of Ukrenergo annually transfer more than 110 billion kWh of electricity. We provide parallel operation of the Ukrainian Unified Energy System with the energy systems of neighboring countries, export of electricity to 4 EU countries, interstate electricity flows between the OES of Ukraine and the energy systems of 3 CIS countries. We invest in almost 4 billion UAH a year in new construction, modernization, and improving the efficiency of power grids. We are trusted by international financial institutions.
