PVBKI (The First All-Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories)

“The First All-Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories” was registered on July 29, 2005. And it acts on the basis of the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-IV of June 23, 2005. “On the Organization of the Formation and Circulation of Credit Histories”. At the moment, PVBKI is acting on the basis of a perpetual license of the Financial Services Commission AG No. 505535 dated 02.02.2012. PVBKI was the first among the Ukrainian credit history bureaus to receive a license from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated January 26, 2007 No. 307652 for carrying out activities related to collection, processing, storage, protection, using information that constitutes credit history. The bureau was created in the form of a limited liability company with the participation of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, 33 banks, 2 insurance and leasing companies and the Icelandic company Creditinfo Group P. Among the participants of the bureau are the largest banks in Ukraine, which are leaders in the market for lending to the population. It provides an opportunity for international experts to estimate the bureau's market share at 75%. The BUREAU maintains credit histories of legal entities and individuals and provides banks and non-bank financial and credit institutions with a wide range of specialized decision support systems and rhizics management. The survivors of PVBKI services are banks, insurance and leasing companies, credit unions, companies providing communication services and the like.
